## Description

DEMO SA, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, with state-of-the-art injectable manufacturing facilities, is looking for an **IT Systems & Network Infrastructure Officer** to join its IT team and contribute to the reliable, secure and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance and technical support of the company’s systems, network and IT infrastructure, while contributing to infrastructure improvement and expansion projects.

-   Supports the smooth operation, monitoring and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, servers, storage, virtualization and network infrastructure.
-   Performs routine maintenance, upgrades, patching, backups and security updates, ensuring infrastructure availability and performance.
-   Supports the administration of Microsoft, networking, security, endpoint and backup solutions.
-   Provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems, networks, end-user equipment and IT services.
-   Monitors and resolves incidents and service requests through the company’s ITSM/ticketing platform, in collaboration with the IT team.
-   Participates in infrastructure audits, assessments, upgrades and expansion projects across existing and new company sites.
-   Supports cloud, virtualization, cybersecurity and other infrastructure improvement initiatives.
-   Coordinates with external IT providers and vendors and contributes to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, services and procedures.

## Requirements

-   BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; MSc will be considered a plus.
-   3–5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, IT Infrastructure or a related position.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure), networking, virtualization, backup and security solutions.
-   Experience with technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V, Veeam, Cisco/Aruba, firewalls, VPN and endpoint security solutions.
-   Experience with cloud technologies, infrastructure migration, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS or SD-WAN will be considered a plus.
-   Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, HP/Aruba, etc.) and scripting/programming knowledge will be considered an advantage.
-   Fluency in Greek and English, with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Team-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven, with good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
