## Description

Main duties and responsibilities:

-   Supports operations and quality control staff to address compliance related concerns
-   Contributes to the establishment, maintenance, continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirement.
-   Identify needs for creation or revision written procedures or revision of existing
-   Conducts deviation investigations arising from manufacturing and quality processes, maintains associated records, and ensures appropriate communication and distribution of documentation to affected departments and customers, where applicable
-   Reviews and evaluates Change Controls related to manufacturing and quality systems, maintains the associated documentation, and ensures appropriate communication to relevant stakeholders and customers
-   Implements and monitors the progress of the Corrective and Preventive Action Plan resulting from findings/observations of Audits from customers/ organizations/authorities
-   Prepares validation protocols and reports for process validation.
-   Coordinates the preparation, maintenance, revision, control, and distribution of Master Production Documents

## Requirements

-   BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy. MSc Degree in Quality Management or relevant field will be considered an asset.
-   **Previous Experience of at least 2 years in Pharmaceutical Industry**
-   Fluent oral and written skills in Greek & English
-   Computer literacy
-   Self-motivated & results oriented with ability to cope with strict timelines
-   Ability to deliver on complex project requirements and tasks
-   Ability to work creatively, analytically with attention to detail
